Children’s personal characteristics and abilities vary greatly, but they can typically start online language learning from the age of 4.

After submitting your information on our website or contacting the academy, you will be scheduled for a placement test. In the first step, you will have a consultation and placement test with one of our placement officers. Taking into account your child’s overall skills, we will recommend the most suitable class for them. Once you enroll, your child’s classes will begin in the selected cohort. Throughout this process, our support team will be there to assist you.

To ensure the highest quality and maximum efficiency, our online classes are limited to a maximum of 5-8 students.

The phonics course is a comprehensive program designed to enhance reading and writing skills, based on Dr. Moloudi’s best seller, Magic Phonics. This series was acclaimed and awarded at the 10th Educational Book Festival by The Iranian Ministry of Education.

Learners’ language skills are continuously assessed by our educational supervisors. Our approach in assessment is primarily formative.  At the end of each term, after an oral or written exam, a report card will be available on the portal. Furthermore, a completion certificate with a verification QR code will be issued by our LMS and sent to you upon the successful upon completion of each term by your child.

For younger children (preschool and early elementary ages), who are still unfamiliar with online class rules and tools, a parent’s presence without interfering in the class, in a way that doesn’t disrupt the class or decrease the child’s self-esteem, can be very helpful. However, for older children, a supervisory role to ensure the learner’s active participation in the class is more beneficial.

Our early childhood programs focus on building foundational language skills and nurturing young learners’ linguistic talents. At this age, your child can already discuss familiar topics. After a minimum of two school-years in our pre-school program or after completion of two to three levels (300 hours) children begin to speak confidently and fluently. At an intermediate level, our learners can participate freely in various conversations and open discussions, write five-paragraph essays in English, and enroll in international schools. By adolescence, with continued learning, learners can reach an advanced level (C1/ Proficient/ Cambridge CAE) before senior high school and speak, read, and write English as fluently as their native language. At this level, there will be absolutely no language barriers for entering schools, universities, or pursuing higher education. In total, our language learning program consists of 14 levels, and learners who start at the age of 4 can consistently reach the level of native English speakers by the end of their junior high school.

Don’t worry, we’ll have a welcome session before your first class to familiarize you and your child with the system. We’ll guide you through all parts of the portal and how to use it. Additionally, our experienced team of teachers and educational supervisors, with over 3 years of experience in online classes for children, know various methods and techniques to engage your child. Our classes are fun and interactive, and children quickly connect with them. Please remember that our children are born in digital age and they adapt faster than us.

The online learning platform used in Mehrdad Language Academy’s exclusive portal is an engaging yet simple platform for learners aged 3 to 16. This internationally used platform, Big Blue Button, allows them to share audio and video of conversations, read, write, draw, participate in quizzes, and engage in various fun and entertaining exercises. Additionally, in small-sized classes with five to eight students, each learner has the opportunity to see the teacher and other students. Furthermore, with asynchronous online learning, your children will continue to work on language projects and learning outside of class time. By participating in the academy’s online classes, you will no longer have to worry about time-consuming and potentially risky intra-city travel for your child’s language learning. You can be on a trip, and your child can still attend classes.
